De Eerste Kamer heeft voor een tweede keer schriftelijke vragen ingediend bij het Ministerie van Economische Zaken, Landbouw en Innovatie (EL&I) over de wijzigingen in de Telecommunicatiewet met betrekking tot cookies.

Voorstel Europese Wet gegevensbescherming gepubliceerd

Op 25 januari 2012 heeft Commissaris Redding van de Europese Commissie de concept tekst voor een Europese ‘Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens’ gepubliceerd.

Cookie regelgeving: niet voor maart 2012 in werking
De aanpassing van de Telecommunicatiewet met daarin onder meer de regeling met betrekking tot cookies, zal niet voor maart 2012 in werking treden. De verwachting is dat de aanpassingen van de Telecommunicatiewet in de Eerste Kamer zullen worden besproken op 6 maart 2012.

This Executive Summary is intended to provide especially the marketing staff with a “quick reference tool” to reach some preliminary decisions on off-line direct marketing channel choices when planning a multi-national campaign, or contemplating targeting a market in a new country. It focuses solely on the media with respect to which there are privacy implications.
